About the role Oversee and enforce on-site health and safety culture.
Spearhead and manage team duties, schedules, and reviews.
Manage KPI targets and improve team efficiencies.
Oversee work schedules and duty allocation across shifts.
Enhance inventory receipt, storage, and dispatch efficiency.
Oversee inventory quality and audit timetables.
Liaise with teams, transport companies, and customers for effective logistics management.
Oversee devanning and loading of containers.
Advise on staff training, safety practices, and resource utilization.
Ensure site regulatory compliance and general maintenance.
About you Substantial experience of 3 to 8 years in warehouse operations and logistics and has also gained expertise in managing warehouses in a manufacturing setting.
Licensed operator of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including F and Osh, and are skilled in counterbalance, combi, and reach operations.
Proficiency in MPI and TFO and ability to exhibit strong systematic and process management capabilities.
Comprehensive understanding of health and safety procedures, ERP systems, and employment laws.
