The Role:
As Warehouse Manager, you will be managing all things Warehouse in the new Christchurch Distribution Centre, with a heavy focus on the inventory control and distribution of Miele products. Ability to work autonomously is key, alongside having a methodical, systematic, and efficient approach to its operations.
Order maintenance.
End-to-end functions of dispatch and delivery.
Picking orders.
Stock control.
All daily orders are consigned.
General administration.
Competent to operate: Forklift, clamp, and reach.
Inbound containers are actions and completed.
Ensuring the warehouse is kept orderly and tidy for operations.
Stock replenishment and layout is maintained.
About You:
Clear and concise communication, leadership, and time management is something that comes naturally to you. You have experience managing a warehouse and are keen to be hands-on with all corners of the role. You'll be someone who can adapt to the given circumstance both internal and external, with an ability to be strategic, professional, and utilize the lessons of best practice.
MPI Certification is advantageous but not a deal breaker!
Knowledge of health and safety standards and protocols.
High level of time management and accuracy skills.
You must be currently eligible to work in New Zealand.
