Taking SPEX to the next level in this area will require a strong knowledge and background in what 'good looks like', with the ability to provide leadership and vision that sees the development of a high performing warehouse operation.
Given that SPEX are also producing a product that needs to align with regulatory and compliance requirements for multiple countries, a background within technical and or medical based products will be a strong advantage.
This role will bring positive change as the business leverages.
