Warehouse Manager Employment RelationsHB location Canterbury.We are a New Zealand operated National company with a significant presence in the New Zealand Wool Industry. We operate world standard production facilities at Timaru in South Canterbury and Napier in Hawkes Bay.Due to the expansion of our operations, we have identified the need for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our Timaru Stores facility in this key leadership role. The successful applicant will have a proven record of success in the leadership of high functioning teams and be ready to apply their skills in our highly successful environment.Responsibilities:Lead and manage logistics and stores operations.Motivate and manage highly skilled staff operating in small and effective teams.Ensure compliance with strict client and export market requirements.Manage KPIs and systems effectively.Facilitate and negotiate effectively within the team.Qualifications:Experience in transport, stores, and logistics.Strong communication and organization skills.Demonstrated integrity and respect for others.Willingness to delegate and empower team members.A comprehensive package is offered and will be negotiated at the time, based on skills and experience.
