Job Description: As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, manage inventory, and implement best practices to optimize warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations.
Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement and improve warehouse processes and procedures.
Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
