As our Third-Party Supplier Performance Manager - Supply Chain, you'll play a vital role in making this magic happen.
You will play a key role in partnering with our Third Party Suppliers to ensure our warehouse network is performing in line with expectations.
Some of your key accountabilities in this role may include: Input into and development of a future focussed warehouse strategy based on a continuous improvement mindset.Lead the optimisation of the 3PL DC order fulfilment processes in terms of cost, processes and systems.Lead the management and conformance to group policy regarding inventory standards.Drive continuous improvement and build trust across our stakeholders.Partner with the GMs of our 3PL partners to ensure value creation and manage performance and expectations.Lead and develop a high-performing team of direct reports.This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for their next step in their career and is looking to make an impact.
To succeed in this role, you will bring: Exposure to a complex FMC Supply Chain environment.Proven people and negotiation capabilities.Strong systems knowledge (SAP, WMS or TMS systems).Previous 3PL Management experience combined with inventory management responsibilities in a FMCG environment.Understanding of best practice DC and order fulfilment processes, systems and cost to serve structures.Project and Change Management expertise.Join us in shaping the future of Lion and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our consumers using cutting edge technology, all the while being a force for good one bottle at a time.
