Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join the Smart Pack team in Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all warehouse and logistics functions, including managing dispatch, 3PL contracts, and inwards containers, as well as leading the warehouse team and collaborating with the sales team to create solutions for our clients.
You'll have experience working in warehousing or logistics management and possess a robust understanding of domestic logistics in both Australia and New Zealand. You are able to contribute to and lead continuous improvement initiatives across all facets of the business.
You will be highly organized and a skilled communicator, building relationships easily with suppliers, distributors, clients, and staff alike. You will have the awareness of trends in customer demands and regulatory constraints.
You're a hands-on leader, and your approach is to roll up your sleeves and get involved. Your high energy means you get things done to a high standard, influencing others to do the same.
