Warehouse & Distribution Team Leader

Our well-established client is a NZ Brand you will know, and the way in which they work reflects the general reputation they have in NZ of being trusted and reliable!
The business operates three shifts on a Monday to Friday basis, and as the Day Shift, Warehouse & Distribution Team Leader, you will be one of the three key operational leaders on this site.
Managing a small team, you will bring your extensive leadership experience to the role to support, coach and develop your team members and the performance of the organisation. Whilst you will be fully supported by your manager (Warehouse & Logistics Manager), this role requires experienced leadership to manage the full operational, H & S and HR needs of the Day Shift.
As the leader of a small team, your role will be varied and will at times include being hands-on and working alongside your team during times of absence or high workload.
Key Requirements: VALID HOIST & REACH LICENSE
WAREHOUSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE NEEDED
