You will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are sent out on time, inwards goods are checked-in and the stock holding is well maintained. You will focus on improving and streamlining internal systems and processes to ramp up efficiency and performance.Key TasksOverseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate workflow.Managing and mentoring the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Ensuring inventory accuracy and timely stock movement.Implementing and maintaining quality and compliance standards within the warehouse.Ensuring that customer orders are sent out accurately and on time, and the warehouse area is well-maintained.Managing inwards stock including products coming back for rework.Filling all pick orders daily.Ensuring your direct reports have clarity of objectives and focus, and ensuring there are clear and appropriate standards and measures of performance.Ensuring warehouse health and safety measures are top-notch.What you will bring to the jobProven ability to lead and motivate teams.Experience in warehousing.Great teamwork skills.An ability and desire to learn about our products.What you'll get from usCompetitive hourly rate, great team environment, large warehouse with modern machinery to work with.If this sounds like you, please don't hesitate to apply now.
