Warehouse Coordinator / Store Person

Based in Hamilton, our client, a leading welder of speciality steel fabrication companies in New Zealand and Australia, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a short-term role through until at least Christmas. Join a customer-focused team with proven expertise in design, implementation, and improvement of manufactured components.
About the Role: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am – 3:30pmResponsibilities:Unload / Load trucks (experience with use of jibs on forklift)Pick packingMoving stockStock takingData entryInwards/outwards receiptingRequirements: Proven forklift experience (heavy forklift with jib/extensions), and comfortable with heavy and awkward loads (OSH forklift license)Experience with ERP systems (SAP ideal)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of initiative and ability to work autonomouslyPrevious experience in engineering or construction industries is idealThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record for being reliable, having a high level of initiative, a can-do attitude, and a desire for a career in warehousing.
