3 Month Temp Role (possibility of extension) $28-$32p/h depending on experience ASAP start | Full time Based in Sylvia Park Our client is truly unique, and this role is right at the heart of their supply chain and logistics team. We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional logistics support, ensuring smooth equipment transfers and flawless stock coordination for their staff, clients, and contractors. You'll be the go-to person for keeping production and projects running like clockwork. But this role is about more than just ticking boxes – it's about being part of a team that's got each other's backs. Key Responsibilities: Receive, store, and kit components and inventory items for production, and meet standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform picking, packing, and dispatching duties, maintaining logistics efficiency. Sustain the supply of materials to the shop floor and collaborate cross-functionally to address bottlenecks. Manage raw material movements and replenishment processes. Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts regularly. Uphold stock point accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies in inventory records. Ensure warehouse organisation according to company principles. Prioritise health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE and reporting incidents promptly. Skills and Experience: Essential: High school diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Familiarity with inventory management and stock control systems. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively. 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment Preferred: Experience in aviation, automotive, or heavy manufacturing industries. Knowledge of serial and lot control for materials.
