Located conveniently in Rosedale, Albany, we are seeking a new team member to join the team as our Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator!
We are relocating our warehouse to be located in region alongside our Head Office function, which provides an exciting vacancy.
About The Role
This role is all about running the Warehouse facility along with the supply chain and logistics for international and local suppliers.
You will add value through quality assurance and secondary finishing processes, consolidating project components into deliverables and overseeing deliveries nationally to meet customer expectations.
As an SME, we all work closely together, collaborating to ensure customer demands are met.
This is a role where you will be both office-based, managing the tasks outlined below, as well as hands-on in our Warehouse.
Specifically, here is what you might do in a typical week:
Manage and maintain daily and weekly project and product delivery schedules based on customer requirements and available resources.
Organise the workflow and production scheduling for secondary finishing, customising, and warranty refurbishment of products of luminaires.
Maintain and improve Quality Management systems across the entire product range, including quality assurance processes and warranty claims.
Coordinate production and sub-contractor resources for the supply of poles, columns, and accessories.
Procurement team member for continuous management of the inventory process and procedures around project deliverables.
Inform and brief project team on deliveries and availability of product.
Reconcile project orders and deliveries against purchasing and stock.
Monitor, maintain and report on stock levels of component parts and finished products as part of the inventory management process.
Continually seek areas for improvement and refinement of processes.
This is an on-site role, with on-site parking provided.
