We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse and Dispatch Controller to join our team in Hornby, Christchurch.
Duties and responsibilities will include: Dispatching of goods to our customers throughout NZ.
Correct labelling and ticketing of items for dispatch including weighing and measuring of items.
Keeping warehouse clean and tidy.Unloading of containers and putting stock away.Managing inventory levels and organising placement of stock.Loading and unloading of stock.Operating forklift.Filling out appropriate paperwork to manage inventory.Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:Experience managing incoming and outgoing of freightForklift experienceA good level of physical fitness and be comfortable heavy liftingA positive can do attitude and be able to self manageTidy personal presentationConfidence with numbersGood communication skillsPrevious experience or an interest in the automotive industry would be helpful.
This is a full time opportunity working Monday - Friday, an immediate start is available.
