Ward Clerk, Ward 35 North Plastic Surgery at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Counties Manukau, AucklandAn exciting part-time opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and professional individual who enjoys dealing with people on a daily basis to join our team in Ward 35 North based at Middlemore Hospital.As a Ward Clerk, some of your main responsibilities will be to provide efficient administration, clerical, and reception support. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational and communication skills, a great customer service focus, computer skills, and a 'can do' attitude.This is a part-time position working 28 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 9pm.Previous experience in a health care setting and knowledge of Patient Information Management Systems (i.PM/PiMs) is not essential but would definitely be an advantage.Key Responsibilities:Frontline reception and telephone experienceComputer technology knowledge and basic computer skillsPrevious administration experienceExperience in the health industryExperience using Patient Information Management system (i.PM /PIMs)Dependent on skills and experience, the salary range is in line with the PSA Clerical and Administrative staff collective agreement.
