This is a full-time role (40 hours) working Monday to Friday based at Middlemore Hospital. As a Ward Clerk, your main responsibilities will be to provide efficient administration, clerical, and reception support.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong customer service focus, computer skills, and a 'can do' attitude.
Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in a health care setting and knowledge of I Patient Manager (iPM) is preferred. Essential Reception including telephone experience. Proven customer service skills. Able to demonstrate initiative in the workplace. Computer technology knowledge and advanced computer skills. At least three years experience in a service-based environment. Excellent time management skills. Preferred: Experience in the health industry. Experience using I Patient Manager (iPM). Dependent on skills and experience, the salary range is in line with the PSA Clerical and Administrative staff collective agreement.
