Your responsibilities will include: Conducting eligibility calls, providing guidance to patients considering medicinal cannabis. Conducting follow-up consultations with patients and their families to address their specific health conditions (mostly phone based). Listening attentively to understand the unique concerns of each patient. Managing medication doses, including titration and transitions between different medications of the same class. Following up via email and voicemail with patients to ensure continuity of care. This role suits someone who is a quick learner, can work independently and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
