Wall And Floor Tiler

Ecosmart Bathroom Limited is seeking skilled Wall and Floor Tilers for five available positions in Auckland. 
This position is only open to New Zealand Citizens or Resident Visa holders. You must indicate your current immigration status.
Location: Auckland RegionNumber of Vacancies: 5Working Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. Sunday work may be required depending on project needs or emergency situations.Pay Rate: $29.66 - $31.61 per hour
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Examine plans, measure, and mark surfaces for tiling and layout work.
Prepare wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive, filling holes and cracks, and thoroughly cleaning surfaces.
Spread adhesive onto prepared surfaces and position tiles with precision.
Use tile-cutting tools to cut and shape tiles for edges, corners, and around fixtures such as pipes.
Ensure tiles are aligned and spaced accurately.
Grout tiles, clean surfaces, and remove excess grout efficiently.
Apply waterproofing systems to prepare surfaces for tiling.
Lay floors made of granolithic, terrazzo, cement, or similar compositions.
Create mosaic patterns using coloured tiles.

Minimum Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

At least three years of relevant work experience in wall and floor tiling.
No history of drug-related or criminal offences.
Proficiency in using tiling tools and materials, with a keen eye for detail.
