Waiter

We are looking for dedicated waiter for our restaurant in Wellington.
We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate between $29.66 - $30 p/h. You will need to work according to the roster, including weekends and evenings.
The restaurant is a busy fine dining restaurant, one of the longest-running restaurants in Wellington with a solid reputation for its unique Indian cuisine and outstanding service.
 
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
·         setting and arranging tables
·         greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists
·         taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
·         serving food and beverages
·         opening bottles and pouring beverages
·         clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
·         removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses
·         collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers
·         may recommend wines to complement food
 
Requirements:

-       relevant experience is welcomed
