Key Responsibilities include:
Operation of carriage rail services, in accordance with authorised instructions applicable to Train Managers.
Issuing of tickets and collection of revenue and checking Snapper.
Complete and submit reports and documentation on time.
Effectively handle concerns raised by customers.
Promote Transdev's services by demonstrating excellence in customer service.
Work with the bus replacement providers in emergency situations and disruptions to services in a professional and efficient manner.
Being safety conscious and proactive regarding safety issues.
Hand operation of motor points will be required from time to time.
What you bring:
Proven history of delivering high levels of customer service.
Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take charge of situations and stay calm under pressure.
A good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements.
Ability to work shift work.
Highly developed conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to work as part of a team in a close small team environment.
