Te whiwhinga mahi: The opportunityWe are looking for a Waiora Manaaki / Health Coach to join the Pinnacle team in Taupo.The Health Coach role sits within the Taupo Extended Care team and works collaboratively with primary care and communities walking alongside whanau to identify their priorities to improve health and wellbeing.In this role you will walk alongside whanau to help facilitate wellbeing, connection with the right services and agencies that meet patient and whanau needs, whilst also helping to identify and reduce any potential access barriers.This is a fixed term role covering maternity leave working 20 hours (0.5 FTE) per week.He korero mou: About youYou will have a high level of cultural competency.You will have a relationship approach to your work.
