VP of Brand & Corporate Communications Profile:

HumCap is recruiting on behalf of a B2B SaaS company who is looking to add a Vice President of Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications to their team. This individual will report to the SVP of Marketing and oversee a team which includes a brand manager, events manager, PR manager, and a content & creative team. We are looking for an accomplished leader with a solid track record developing, executing, and amplifying corporate brands. East coast time zone preferred, central time zone also welcome. Responsibilities:
- Manage an internal team of brand and communication employees
- Lead the development and elevation of the brand at every customer touch point, ensuring consistency and integrity
- Develop and execute a communication strategy for media, influencers, employees, users, partners, and investors
- Build a global PR program
- Strategic responsibilities for corporate events including sales kick offs, partner conferences, and customer events

Requirements:
- 10 years in progressive leadership roles in corporate marketing, branding, and communication
- Marketing experience in B2B software industry
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with direct sales employees and channel partners
- Experience with global products preferred
- Hands-on, active leader who loves to write, debate, and engage with media, influencers, and customers
