We are looking for someone to support us to be the welcoming face on reception, assist staff with administration tasks and support facilitators.
KEY TASKS:
Monitor the front desk and assist with incoming enquiries.Take various payments and record themDirect any enquiries to relevant staff for further assistance.Support staff with administrative tasks as requiredRequirementsComputer LiterateWork well as part of a fun and friendly teamA Police background check is required for this role.
Time commitmentHours: 9 to 12 - 2 days per week - on days negotiated
