In this role, you will be accountable for the identification of volunteer resource needs, the subsequent sourcing of appropriate volunteers, and the crucial role of building and maintaining the relationships with those volunteers who support and encourage the rehabilitation, reintegration, and wellbeing of wahine in our care.We are looking for a team player with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to problem-solve, and communicate across all levels within the organisation and the wider community.Ideally, applicants will bring the following:A well-grounded background in the recruitment and management of volunteers.A "can-do" attitude and self-starter with skills to tackle all aspects of running the volunteer services.Sensitivity to the needs of a client base with diverse cultural needs and expectations.The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both custodial and non-custodial staff.Excellent administration and coordination skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.This role is challenging and diverse and requires the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and groups.A full NZ drivers' licence is essential to be eligible for this role.Utu a-Tau | Salary and BenefitsSalary range is $68,456 to $88,648.
