The opportunity :
This is an opportunity for a seasoned Customer Service Consultant to provide a market-leading experience for all enquiries related to our health & wellbeing platform, AIA Vitality.
Come join our fun and dedicated team that strives to go above and beyond to help our customers!
Key responsibilities include :

Taking inbound / make outbound telephone calls including taking ownership in all actions required to resolve AIA Vitality Member & Partner queries, such as post-call casework and liaising with other areas of AIA.
Processing of incoming AIA Vitality requests for service in a timely and efficient manner, taking ownership in all actions required to resolve member & partner queries including liaising and driving results with other teams until full request criteria is satisfied.
Contributing to the achievement of all operational targets, including reducing turnaround times for all requests, providing an excellent customer experience (measured through our CX' / Voice of Customer surveys), meeting our quality standards and supporting customer retention.
Making good commercial business decisions and adhere to internal processes and business guidelines.
Identifying processes that can be streamlined to increase team productivity without compromising on quality.
Developing and maintaining close relationships with all partners, with a focus to ensuring a high quality of service is delivered.

Ideally, you'll bring :

Excellent communications skills, both written & verbal.
Superior relationship management experience.
Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate a variety of IT systems.
Previous customer service experience.
Insurance experience (preferred).
