Location: AUCKLAND
Job type: Full-time Permanent
Number of positions for this job: up to 2
Pay rate: from $29.66 to $31.61 per hour
Days required: 5 days/week
Hours per week: min 30, max 50 hours per week

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity.
Design and arrange store layouts to optimize space and customer flow.
Create and maintain eye-catching displays for windows and key store areas.
Set up and dismantle displays according to visual guidelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research for new concepts.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising with campaigns.
Communicate visual guidelines to store teams and provide necessary training.
Analyze sales data to evaluate and refine visual merchandising strategies.

Job Requirements:

Prior six-months work experience or substitute with a formal qualification.
Driver's license (NZ or international license is acceptable).
A "can-do" attitude.
Have an eye for details.
Self-motivated.
Clean non-criminal record.
