Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and driving sales success? We're looking for a motivated and inspiring leader to oversee our Sales Consultants team at our Te Anau and Manapouri visitor centres. As the Visitor Centre Coordinator - Fiordland , you'll take charge of promoting and selling all RealNZ products and excursions while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. You'll ensure our sales targets are not only met but exceeded, while also maintaining the highest level of guest service. In this role, you'll support the daily dispatch coordination of our Te Anau and Manapouri experiences, ensuring smooth operations and be responsible for leading and motivating the Sales team to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring the highest level of guest service. You'll coach your team to achieve their best and ensure accurate product knowledge and service standards. Additionally, you'll handle administrative and financial tasks, such as managing reservations, cash handling, and reporting. You'll also play a key role in recruitment, training, and fostering a positive, supportive team environment to ensure smooth and effective operations. Finally, you'll ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the centres maintain the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness. What are we looking for? Proven experience in customer service, retail, or reservations, with a focus on leadership and sales. Strong guest service skills, with a friendly, approachable demeanour. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, using your initiative and drive to exceed expectations.
