Vineyard Supervisor

We are searching for an all-round viticulture superstar to lead our seasonal vineyard crew. This is a full time, permanent role that will report to the vineyard manager.
Main tasks and responsibilities: Training and leading the seasonal crew.Executing the seasonal canopy management plan.Pest and disease monitoring.Phenology and record keepingThere will be regular opportunities to upskill and learn outside of these core responsibilties. Skills and experience: A natural leader and strong communicator.Physically fit to complete and champion any vineyard task.A love of the outdoors and protecting our natural environment.Takes pride in achieving the best results, and producing the highest quality grapes and wine.Motivated to learn new skills. Requirements: Minimum 2 years exeperience in a vineyard position. New Zealand citizen or resident. About us Carrick's vineyard and winery are located in Bannockburn, Central Otago.
