This is a varied role, you will be required to work on any of our Wairau Valley Vineyards and be actively involved in all aspects of vineyard work from vine management activities, use of LUVs and tractors and tractor mounted implements, frost protection, harvesting, irrigation installation and maintenance.
You will add value to the team through: Carrying out day to day vineyard tasks safely and efficiently Set up, operate, and maintain vineyard machinery and equipment Actively participate in improving operational effectiveness Bringing your own unique personality and values to the team Your Perfect Blend of Talent As well as having an impressive blend of entrepreneurial spirit, mutual trust, and ethical commitment, you will also bring: Preferred: vineyard experience (not essential as on the job training will be provided).
Intermediate skill level operating equipment and machinery Ability to work additional hours from time to time, particularly during the Vintage period.
