About the Role – Mo te Turanga
Coastal View, nestled atop the Tahunanui Hills with stunning views over Tasman Bay and Rabbit Island, is seeking a dynamic Village Manager to lead our vibrant community. Our village boasts architecturally designed independent living homes. In addition, our care centre, managed by a Facility Nurse Manager, offers spacious care suites, providing top-notch rest home, hospital, and specialized dementia care.
'The Yacht Club' is currently under construction and is due to open mid 2025. Once complete, residents will enjoy premium on-site facilities, including a restaurant, library, café, hairdressing salon, medical centre, indoor swimming pool, gym, bakery, and wellness centre. Our extensive program of activities and events ensures a fulfilling lifestyle for all.
This is a very exciting time to be joining the team with the pending opening of the main building. This role will play a key part in setting up the new operations of the main building, with support from Head Office and other Village Managers from our facilities.
The role of Village Manager is busy, exciting, and demands versatility and adaptability. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities in this full-time position, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
