Parkside village boasts great ocean views of the Manukau harbour and acres of greenery and is located centrally in Auckland.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have the overall responsibility of this well-established Village and Care Home.As a natural leader and someone with passion for the industry, you will thrive in this environment.
Ultimately you will be responsible for all aspects of the Village including strategic planning, service delivery, asset and financial management ensuring our village remains lively and ready for the future.The residents are always at the heart of what we do so your customer-focused, engaging, energetic and resilient manner will ensure you are the go-to person for our residents, their families, and our friendly staff.About YouWorking for Metlifecare is special in many ways and it will be your charisma, empathy, leadership, and respect for other opinions that will enable you to operate the village to its full potential.
