About Ashbury Heights Village Ashbury Heights Village is opening in January and will set the standard for premium retirement living in Maunu, a charming suburb in the southwest of Whangarei.
Our new generation lifestyle village will offer breathtaking views and incorporate the latest innovations in healthcare and technology.
The first phase of the housing is almost complete, featuring six houses including one large, elegantly designed 'Regal' home that will serve as both offices and the central hub for village activities and gatherings.

About the role – Mo te Turanga We're seeking a motivated Maintenance / Project Coordinator to join our new Ashbury Heights team!
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance of the village, independent living homes, and care facility.
The role involves hands-on maintenance work as well as administrative tasks such as managing contractors, scheduling, and approving invoices for services.
This role offers great growth opportunities as our village develops.
You will be the first point of contact for the early stages of the village.
You will work closely with the development team and project managers through the handover process and managing remediation work.
This will be a broad role that will develop as the village grows and offers excellent career progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a highly capable team player with the following attributes: Detail oriented with a focus on high standards - at all times Experience running small - large projects The ability to relate to people from all walks of life Professional and discreet Physically fit Confident in using Microsoft Office Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
