About Ashbury Heights Village Ashbury Heights Village is opening in January and will set the standard for premium retirement living in Maunu, a charming suburb in the southwest of Whangarei.
Our new generation lifestyle village will offer breathtaking views and incorporate the latest innovations in healthcare and technology.
The first phase of the housing is almost complete, featuring six houses including one large, elegantly designed 'Regal' home that will serve as both offices and the central hub for village activities and gatherings.

About the role – Mo te Turanga We are seeking a motivated Village Coordinator/Sales Professional to join our Ashbury Heights team.
This full-time role will primarily focus on supporting the daily operations of the village and contributing to the growth of our community.
You will be the key contact for our initial village residents in the independent living homes and overseeing all aspects of resident administration and lifestyle.
The key to this role is building a great team and community to support the everyday functions of a successful village.
In addition, you will play a key role in sales, promoting a range of lifestyle living options, including rest home and hospital-level suites as well as independent living.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to tackle new challenges.
Each day will present different responsibilities, allowing you to switch between sales and village coordination, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience.

You will have the chance to gain valuable insights by engaging with various departments on a daily basis, allowing you to broaden your understanding of our operations and culture.
