Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for upholding quality standards and fostering a positive organisational culture to ensure we deliver on creating extraordinary living experiences for our residents.
As a Metlifecare leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the village, providing commercially focused leadership to achieve agreed business and financial objectives. With a clinical background and a current APC, you will also work with clinical management to advance the Metlifecare business through the provision of safe clinical support, leadership, and accountability as you lead our dedicated and passionate clinical team in our modern care facility.

You are a strong 'people leader' who really cares about the residents and the team in the village. We are looking for that special someone, who has:
Knowledge and experience in the retirement and aged care industry5+ years in an operational management role of a "people" businessNZ Nurse Registration with a current practising nursing certificate (APC)Proven ability to quickly build relationships with residents, staff, and internal/external customers.Excellent financial acumen, including sales focus and P&L ownership.Leadership of teams and culture experience, a natural leader who is a skilled communicator and adept at navigating through the day-to-day demands of a busy vibrant village.Strategic planning experience to be able to contribute to the big picture, but equally look outside the industry to innovate.About us
