Videographer Responsibilities:

This role is crucial in driving business growth through lead generation, brand development, and supporting internal organizational initiatives. In this role, you will primarily lead the planning, coordination, content creation, production, and refinement of video, and photo content, as well as supporting with other digital content across the organization. Working closely with the Marketing Co-Ordinator and Marketing Manager. Located at the Waterworks head office in New Plymouth.

Your responsibilities include:

Develop engaging and industry-leading video and supporting digital content for lead generation and brand development.
Plan and schedule internal and external talent for video content.
Write video scripts and coordinate with key personnel for approval.
Plan, shoot, edit, and distribute video content, including some travel for offsite footage capture.
Plan, capture, and edit footage for internal programs such as marketing initiatives, SOPs, recruitment, and training
Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in videography and digital content creation.
Strategic and creative thinking for planning and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar video editing software.
Strong knowledge of driving engagement with relevant video content.
Ability to work self-directed, accountable, and adaptable to various situations.
A positive team player with strong people skills.
