We're looking for an energetic and organized Vibe Manager to join our team and elevate the experience of our Pacific Manaaki Scholars as they embark on their internships.As the Vibe Manager, you'll be responsible for making sure our interns feel welcomed, supported, and engaged throughout their time with us. From planning onboarding sessions and team-building activities to liaising with host employers and coordinating logistics, you'll be the go-to person for all things internship-related. You'll also work with our marketing team to showcase the intern program and spread the word about the amazing work our scholars are doing.What You'll DoOrganise onboarding, wrap-up sessions, and team-building events for interns.Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and event coordination.Be the key contact for interns and host organisations, ensuring smooth communication.Coordinate marketing efforts for the internship program.Create a positive, engaging, and fun environment for our interns.What You'll BringExcellent organisational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.Experience working with young people, students, or interns.A passion for creating awesome experiences and helping others succeed.Bonus points if you have experience working with Pacific communities!If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety in your work, and is ready to bring the vibe to our internship program, we want to hear from you!
