We are Taranaki Veterinary Centre, one of the largest veterinary practices in New Zealand with clinics in Hawera, Manaia, Stratford, Patea and Waverley employing 30 veterinarians and 47 support staff.
We are looking for a superstar Veterinary Receptionist for our MANAIA Branch, always there to look after our valued customers, carry out administrative tasks and customer service queries.
Hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am and 5pm and either a half or full day Saturday in Hawera every month.
If you are passionate about people and animals, a customer service wiz, have some knowledge of the local area and have some experience of the dairy industry (maybe you grew up on a farm?) that would hold you in good stead for your new adventure.
You will love using your skills across a wide variety of areas including:
Handling phone bookings and email enquiries
Looking after customers and any customer service queries
Keeping records and reports up to date
Ordering stock to maintain good stock levels
Contributing to the planning and coordination of marketing programs
Supporting all departments (Veterinarians, technicians, nurses, farm supplies and administration)
