Responsibilities: Client relationsPatient evaluation and triageThe care and monitoring of hospitalised patients and critical transfersAnaesthetic monitoring of high-risk patientsDigital radiography, CT scans and lab testingFluid therapy and blood transfusion monitoringWe have an onsite full IDEXX laboratory and blood gas capabilities, smartflow inpatient hospital system, digital radiography, ultrasound, CT, oscillometric blood pressure, doppler, capnography, ECG, endoscopy, fluid therapy and more.
You will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and must be:
self-motivated and able to prioritse tasksAble keep a level head when under pressureStrong clinical skills and attention to detailAble to communicate effective with clients and team membersA compassionate and empathetic approach to patient careA qualified veterinary nurse with at least 2 years' experienceExperience in emergency nursing would be beneficial but not essential. Full training on our emergency protocols will be provided.
