Veterinary Nurse Position in a Unicorn Clinic*

*a person or thing that is rare and highly valued
Are you looking for a supportive team? Are you keen to learn and develop? Do you want to have a flexible position and work part-time as a receptionist or be a jack-of-all trades and use your experienced nursing skills?
Come join our clinic in a flexible role with no afterhours work. In our clinic, we love what we do, but we also love having a life outside of this.
Do you want to enjoy your daily work life again? Do you want to come to work with a team and clients that believe in you, support you and put a smile on your face every day?
We believe that looking after our staff mentally, physically, and financially is vital, and having manageable workloads allows us to perform our role well without unnecessary extra pressures.
The Practice
We are a long-established independently owned and operated clinic. We are focused on providing excellent customer service and go that extra mile for our clients and their pets, some of whom have been with us for generations. Our loyal and caring team is friendly, cohesive, and highly supportive of one another.
Our clinic is based in Kaiapoi Township, about 10 minutes North of Christchurch City. We are surrounded by newly developing suburbs, which could be suitable for someone considering relocating to the Canterbury region. We have the beach to our east, mountains to our west, and to the south we have the Mt Hutt ski fields for recreation.
The Position Details
A flexible role – part-time to full-time possible, junior to experienced nurses and even reception only a possibility. Our priority is to find the right person for our team.
