Animal Referral Centre (ARC) is a private independently owned and operated animal referral practice established in 2016. We have two modern and amazing Auckland sites – Freemans Bay, Auckland city and Albany, North Shore.
We operate a 24 hour / 7-day week operation for emergency medicine. We also have specialists in small animal surgery, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, oncology, and critical care. Hydrotherapy and dermatology are available at ARC North.
We have all the equipment you would expect in a modern referral veterinary hospital including full in-house laboratory suite with Radiometer, multiparameter patient monitors, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, underwater treadmill, mechanical ventilation, on-site CT and MRI, along with dedicated cat and dog receptions, consulting rooms and wards.

Desired Skills and Experience Skills and experience
The successful candidate will:
Hold a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology degree (or overseas equivalent).
Have at least one year nursing experience post-qualification.
Aim to deliver an exceptionally high standard of patient care.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be a positive, supportive and encouraging team player.
