Vet Nurse

Vetlife is a large privately owned veterinary practice with 28 branches throughout the South Island, providing our customers with a friendly high-quality service. We currently have an opportunity for a motivated experienced Vet Nurse to join the small team at our Cromwell clinic. This position is a unique opportunity to become part of all aspects of the clinic as the sole nurse at the clinic.The ideal candidate will have certificate or diploma level vet nursing qualifications or be finishing their qualification this year, and the hands-on experience to deliver high-quality nursing care as well as a high standard of customer service.About the role:Veterinary nursing duties - anaesthetics, hospital care, animal handling, and clean-up dutiesSome rostered Saturdays in Wanaka and AlexandraSkills / Experience / Attributes:Confidence to communicate effectively with our valued client baseTeam PlayerEagerness to learn and ability to adapt to changing priorities calmly and efficientlyConfident working with computersOrganised, energetic, and methodicalVetlife prides itself on providing our customers with a friendly and high-quality service.
