The roster is modelled on human nursing and consists of 6 days on, and 4 days off. Working the 24/7 roster qualifies you for an additional 15% bonus to your salary. You will work with a range of nurses, vets, and specialists, allowing an opportunity to widen your skill sets and learn heaps! We also have equipment such as ultrasound, CT, in-house diagnostics, onsite pathology, and much more. As part of Massey Vets, you will be involved in the teaching of Bachelor of Veterinary Science.
