Vet Nurse Assistant

Our Pukekohe clinic is looking for an enthusiastic vet nurse student, who will thrive in a busy, dynamic environment. Supporting our caring team of veterinarians and nurses, you will be helping with a range of tasks in our clinical area, either on a part-time or full-time basis.

About the Role

Keeping the clinical area clean and tidy, including cleaning kits and cages

Ensuring consult rooms are fully stocked

Exercising, feeding and watering animals

Boarding cattery care

Basic communications to clients

About You
You could be a school leaver with an interest in becoming a Vet Nurse, or perhaps you're already studying for your Diploma in Vet Nursing. Either way, you will be a team player, with good communication skills and willing to go the extra mile. Animal handling skills would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
