Role Description
This is a full-time Environmental Health & Verifier role. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and become an integral member of our team. The person should have a bright cheerful and happy disposition who will enjoy working in a supportive team environment.
This is a position based in Timaru & you will service the wider South Canterbury regions.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in food science, food technology or similar
Preferably 5 years food industry experience in the manufacturing sector
Proficient knowledge of New Zealand food safety legislation and standards
Experience in conducting audits and reviews of Food Control Plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Authority to work in NZ
Hold a NZ drivers licence
Experience in the food industry is a plus
