Nga korero mo te turanga - About the roleThe Venues Event Co-ordinator will work closely with a diverse group of clients (both internal and external) to provide the highest quality event co-ordination for a wide range of performances, events and functions hosted by the Venues team in our Gallagher Academy of Performing Arts and The Pa venues.This role is the main liaison between clients and the venues team to ensure all requirements are met and communicated, therefore providing excellent service to all users of the venues.You will be working within the supportive venues team, with the Venues Operations Manager, Systems and Administration Manager, Audio Visual and Events Technician, Academy Administrator and a stellar group of casual event crew.Salary will be in the range of $69,199 to $82,228 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.Ko wai koe?
