Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking a motivated and experienced Venue Operations Specialist to join our Venues and Events team.As a Venue Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our Venue Leads to ensure that all events are staged to the highest standards. You will oversee the operational aspects of our venues (TSB Stadium and Bowl of Brooklands), ensuring seamless execution and exceptional experiences for all attendees.Event Planning: to successfully deliver clients' event requirements whilst providing sound direction and information to get the best possible outcome for allAssist with the operation of venues and equipment to ensure a safe and secure environment and to meet customer expectations and contractual requirementsActively ensure that legislative requirements and Council policies and procedures are fulfilled, particularly in relation to all key relevant legislationTo be 2IC of the venue if Lead is absentRostering event requirements to ensure that each event is covered - while working directly with the Senior Events and Operations Coordinator to ensure that all events at all venues are adequately coveredTo hand over detailed event plans to operations officers to deliver.
