Venue Manager - Shady Lady

Wellington's Number 1 party bar & nightspot is on the hunt for a new superstar Venue Manager to take the reins of this super-popular venue!
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate first-class skills in managing a team of bartenders, floor staff, and security hosts, effectively running busy shifts, and have a good understanding of the business of hospitality including sales targets, cost of goods, wages, operating expenses, and driving exceptional gross profit.
This role also attracts weekly and monthly bonuses based on KPI's.
