We're searching for a Venue Manager who's ready to lead with passion, inspire their team, and drive the Ice Bar's success.
What we're offering:

As Venue Manager , you won't just oversee daily operations—you'll also receive dedicated, one-on-one coaching from business owners to deepen your understanding of all facets of the business. Key responsibilities:
Bring a serious passion for the hospitality and tourism industry, with an in-depth knowledge of Queenstown Ice Bar
Implement and uphold our Alcohol Management Plan while ensuring adherence to all company procedures
Lead staff training, disciplinary measures, and reward programs
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers and staff from around the world
Oversee stock control, including managing inventory and costs of goods sold (COGS)
Handle key administrative tasks such as banking, booking system management, and reporting
Manage property maintenance alongside the operations manager and troubleshoot issues within the venue
Utilise your strong sales and hospitality background to drive business success
What you'll need:
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Proven experience in hospitality management
A customer-first mentality, with the leadership skills to match
