We are looking for a high performing Venue Manager to ensure that all customer expectations are met by maintaining high service levels. You will be responsible for managing the front of house framework to deliver a clear point of difference within the Christchurch hospitality scene. The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company employees is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Implement standards of service and quality
People Management - nurture managers to lead from the front
Build and maintain external relationships with suppliers and clients
Create a culture where hospitality is seen as more than a job, a career
Financial management / budgeting of all sites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, together with strong knowledge of Excel and Word
Current GM/LCQ
The ideal person will have extensive front of house knowledge, with a minimum of 7 years supervisory experience in a quality food and beverage environment. Those exposed to multi-site food and beverage operations are highly encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone that has shown commitment to previous employers, who are not "job hoppers". A highly attractive salary of $80,000, daily meal and drinks allowance, free carpark and career growth are just waiting for you!
