Ayrburn Precinct – Arrowtown, South IslandOur exciting venture continues as we grow our offerings and open our newest venue – The Bakehouse.We are committed to creating an exceptional guest experience and dedicated to offering outstanding service. As we prepare for our opening, we need a Venue Manager to work with us to build and establish an exceptional team to deliver our vision. You will be responsible for organizing and controlling the operation, with tasks including:Planning and organizing special functionsArranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budgetMaintaining records of stock levels and financial transactionsEnsuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearanceConferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and serviceSelecting, training, and supervising waiting staffTaking reservations, greeting guests, and assisting in taking ordersAs a key part of our Ayrburn team, you will be an excellent communicator and an expert at building and maintaining key relationships. This unique and exciting opportunity will see you working closely alongside the management team, including the head chef, butcher, baker, and pizza maker, and being an integral part of setting the standard for our front of house and events from the start of our journey.You will be experienced in delivering exceptional service every time. Your leadership and people skills will ensure that your team is dedicated and high-performing, capable of delivering an unforgettable experience to our discerning guests. You will have a strong understanding of business acumen, financials, and a passion for developing your team.This role will require a high level of commitment and drive, especially as we go live and make the business a success.
