Our client is looking for a Venue Coordinator who can effectively manage the venue's meeting rooms and event spaces.
The role will require you to provide an unforgettable and exceptional customer care and a professional hospitality service to all guests and external clients.
You will also be required to perform reception, and general office duties and provide high administrative support.
You will have worked within a busy professional environment and will be highly organized with great interpersonal skills and a 'can do' attitude.
Duties will include: Successfully managing the coordination and booking of internal and external meetings and events Ensure guests have a memorable and positive experience by providing excellent customer service Welcome visitors and guests and ensure all common areas are kept clean and tidy Maintain the venue and room booking diary, including accurate allocation and data entry of room, equipment and catering charges.
Work with the marketing team to help promote and increase room hire bookings and revenue Willingly provide a high standard of Adhoc administrative support Skills required: Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of organisational skills and attention to detail Strong customer focus Able to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values its staff and fosters a positive company culture.
